So after we login to our facebook account, First we need to choose what Neighbors we want to add. So in left side of program click the ones you wish to add. In this example I used the CityVille Neighbors. After that Click the Confirm button down. We can see in right site the program is loaded CityVille facebook pages so just click the one you want to add neighbors from. I clicked on the biggest one, called "CityVille Neighbours", with over 100k members.

After we entered the neighbors page, we need to select the people we will add as a friends. To select them, Click on "Select All People" Button in the left-down part of the program.

Now we can see 3 profile IDs are gathered in the left part of program. But we want more people to add with one click, of course :) To select more people, simply click on the "Auto Load Page" button (left-down part of the program) and now the program will load all old posts automatically.

Now there are 346 people selected. Even those who liked or commented on someones post. Once when we are satisfied with number of gathered people, simply click on the biggest button, "Send Friend Requests!"

And done! A friend request has been sent to 346 people for approval. You can add up to 1000 people with one click! Build your neighborhood in minutes!
The Neighbor Mass Adder has some more amazing options such as Friend Tools where you can see all the people which you added as a friend or you can cancel the ones you don't want to add. Also there is a Messenger where you can contact the ones you added, and some more.
